University Diploma of Technology (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie) : Physical measurements
Located in Montbéliard, Pôle Universitaire des Portes du Jura
AIMS
The DUT trains specialists in:
- physical measurements but also in physico-chemical measurements (electronics,, thermal science, vibration, electrochemistry….).
- methods of analysis and control of materials (crystallography, X-rays, gamma ray, spectroscopy, chromatography…).
ORGANISATION OF STUDIES
- a 1,800 hour programme
- tutored projects: 300 hours during four semesters
- work placement
- academic disciplines divided into capitalizable course units (CU).
- local adaptation modules
- modules to differentiate students whose goal is to continue to study from those who want to start working
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates are accepted after a review of their application if they are holders of an A-level.
